Terms of Service

1. Services

Diginecia provides Meta Ads management services, including campaign strategy, creation, research, and optimization, as outlined on our Pricing page or in a client agreement.

2. Ad spend vs. management fees

Our monthly package fee covers management and strategy only. Advertising budget spent with Meta is separate and paid directly through the client's own ad account.

3. No guaranteed results

While we share historical performance data from managed accounts, results depend on many factors outside our control (offer, market, budget, seasonality). We do not guarantee specific ROAS, sales, or revenue figures.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to ad accounts, and approval of creative/copy within agreed timeframes.

5. Payment terms

Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Specific payment schedules will be confirmed in your client agreement.

6. Cancellation

We recommend a 3-month minimum engagement. After that, services can be cancelled with 14 days' written notice.
