Your 7-day free trial begins when your chatbot goes live on your website. No payment or credit card is required for the trial. After 7 days, you may choose to subscribe or cancel at no cost.
Monthly subscriptions are billed after the free trial period. You may cancel at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Cancellations take effect immediately with no additional charges.
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. AI model performance is subject to Anthropic's service terms.
